This is the year. This is the year that I get all my duckies in a row. I want to shout out a special thanks to a fellow collector for suggesting I use spice racks (3 tiers) to organize my ducks. I can fit many more ducks per shelf now. My youngest daughter, 10, even wrote a math equation (in her Grade 5 class) about my rubber duckies. “How many spice racks do you need to organize 200 rubber duckies? How many duckies fit per spice rack?”

When I first set up my ducks, I filled the shelves and forgot to account for expansion.
The Bud ducks used to have hats that came off. However, the latest ducky that my husband and daughter bought for me in London 2 years ago, has an attached hat. How disappointing. I am sure it is part of shrinkflation. I love that most of my mini bud ducks have interchangeable hats.
I can’t wait to buy more spice racks (from Thrift stores, Facebook Marketplace, and VarageSale) to complete my ducky organization. Once my ducks are all in a row, I’ll do a head count and figure out my complete collection number. I haven’t counted since 2018. Stay tuned.

What's scarier than a clown? A clown on wheels. His best friend just wants to be a Good Little Witch. Even though my oldest daughter is now thirteen, I still have this Sofia the First song pop into my head a few times per year.
These are my first two rubber duckies on wheels. They enjoy racing each other too. Halloween is one week away and the excitement is building.
My parents were in Sidney for the day with friends, but I can't wait to visit DGD gifts myself and check out all their other duckies. There are tons. A special thanks to another local collector who told me about DGD Gifts.

Michaels has had a few ducky sets these past few months. There was a Back to School set in August and now a Halloween set. Meet Hippy (the ghost and my receipt said Hippy rubber ducky, Franky (my receipt said Frankenstein's Monster), Witchy (my receipt said witch duck, Skely (my receipt said Skeleton), and Midnight (my receipt said cat).
I have a lot of Halloween duckies. I'll have to count to see if my Easter or Christmas themed duckies wins for the most duckies in a particular theme.
